In 2017, Dr. Alison Richardson established Arkansas Family Medicine to deliver high-quality patient care to the community of Little Rock. Before this venture, Dr. Richardson was a part of the Autumn Road Family Practice. In 2001, she acquired her Medical Degree from the University of Missouri in Kansas City and then completed her Residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences AHEC program in Jonesboro.
When Dr. Richardson isn’t seeing patients, she prefers spending time in the company of her husband and four children.

Emily Fry, APRN obtained her graduate degree in nursing from the University of Central Arkansas in 2014. She specialized as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society in Nursing.
She grew up in Little Rock and enjoys doing anything outdoors like gardening, hiking, camping, and swimming. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is married and has a dog, Molly; a cat, Townes; as well as several nephews and nieces!
Emily is interested in several different areas of family practice and is always up for a challenge. She feels like educating patients about their health is important and strives to treat each patient like they were her family member.
She is excited to join Dr. Richardson in her practice and is looking forward to helping care for our community.
Cyndi Durham, APRN is excited to join Dr. Richardson and team at Arkansas Family Medicine! She obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and has since gained experience in cardiology and family practice.
She has a passion for preventative health and patient education. Her goal is to educate patients and give them the necessary tools to live not only long lives but also healthy lives. She wants her patients to feel comfortable discussing their health with her and is excited to help them achieve their health goals!
Cyndi is married to Jakeb and they have two precious little girls, Quinn and Collins. They enjoy spending time together at the river, watching Razorback sporting events, and cooking out with family and friends.
She cannot wait to serve the community alongside the providers at Arkansas Family Medicine, and she hopes to see you soon!
We are pleased to announce Amanda Stark, APRN as our new provider at Arkansas Family Medicine. Amanda obtained her graduate degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2018. She specializes as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
When not in the clinic, she enjoys cooking, gardening and any form of crafting. She is an avid knitter and has been designing knitting patterns since 2019. She also enjoys traveling to spend time with her family.
She has spent the last four years working in Urgent Care and is excited to bring the hands-on skills she has acquired to Arkansas Family Medicine. She enjoys establishing connections with her patients to best address all health needs and is looking forward to providing evidence-based care to patients in Central Arkansas. Amanda is now accepting new patients and same-day appointments.
Kristyn obtained her graduate degree from the University of Miami in 2019 where she graduated with honors. She specializes as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She has spent the past 4 years working in both family practice and urgent care, where she has gained valuable skills in providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, including infants, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
Prior to her career as a nurse practitioner, Kristyn worked as a registered nurse for 7 years in intensive care, where she established a strong foundation in managing acute and emergent health conditions. Kristyn is passionate about preventative care and promoting healthy self-care and lifestyle habits. She is dedicated to providing care that is compassionate and grounded in her nursing philosophy of kindness that offers a supportive and healing environment for her patients.
In her free time, Kristyn loves reading, yoga, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her family.
